Mathematics Education (7-12; 5-6 Extension), B.S.

About the Program

The B.S. program in mathematics with adolescent certification (5–6 extension) is directed toward a career goal of teaching. This program includes the course requirements leading to the New York State initial certification to teach mathematics in grades 5–12.

Admissions Requirements

Four years of college preparatory mathematics is recommended.
